About this role…
The Senior Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive support to senior executives, ensuring smooth operations and enabling them to focus on strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the daily schedules, appointments, and meetings of senior executives, ensuring efficient time management.
- Calendar and email management.
- Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communication flow with discretion and confidentiality.
- Oversee and organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, itineraries, and any necessary visas or documentation.
- Attend meetings and take detailed minutes, tracking action items and following up as required.
- Support project management efforts by coordinating, tracking, and reporting on project statuses and deliverables.
- Conduct research and prepare documents for executive meetings and strategic planning sessions.
- Work closely and effectively with the Executive to keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
- Acts as a “barometer”, having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the Executive updated.
- Provides “gatekeeper” and “gateway” role.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between executives and various departments within the organization.
- Manage office operations, including ordering supplies, managing vendors, and maintaining equipment.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software tools.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and exercise sound judgment.
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment
